The International Conference on Civil and Structural Design (ICCSD), organized by NERD Publication, is a premier platform for exploring advancements in civil engineering and structural design. This hybrid event, held both in-person at IBIS Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, India, and virtually, will take place from Oct 30-31st, 2025. ICCSD brings together researchers, students, and professionals to share innovative ideas, discuss challenges, and shape the future of civil engineering and structural design technologies.

About ICCSD 2025

The International Conference on Civil and Structural Design (ICCSD 2025), organized by NERD Publication, aims to be the leading annual conference in civil engineering, structural design, and related technologies. The goal of ICCSD 2025 is to gather scholars from around the world to present advances in these fields, fostering an environment for exchanging ideas and building collaborations. This conference provides an ideal platform to connect with experts and explore innovations in civil engineering and structural design.

Publication Details: The ICCSD 2025 conference proceedings will be published with an ISSN and ISBN in an open-access format, archived in the proceedings of NERD Publication. A proposal for indexing in Scopus has been submitted and is awaiting response.

Call for Papers

We invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit original research papers, case studies, extended abstracts, and reviews for ICCSD 2025. Submissions should align with the conference themes in civil engineering and structural design and contribute to advancements in the field. Accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISSN and ISBN, archived in the proceedings of NERD Publication.

Submission Guidelines:

Submit original research papers (4-6 pages) or extended abstracts (~500 words) in DOC format via the Easy Chair portal. All submissions are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin (max 20% similarity index; exceeding this requires revision or risks rejection). A double-blind peer review process evaluates manuscripts for originality, methodology, accuracy, ethical standards, and relevance to ICCSD themes. Outcomes include Accept, Accept with Revisions, or Reject. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference (in-person or virtually) for inclusion in the proceedings.
